FarCry Core 4.0.4 Released

Early this morning FarCry Core version 4.0.4 was released. This is just the core/framework (not the CMS plugin). Although many plugins (including the FarCry CMS plugin) will benefit from this update.

There were many updates in this release, but I'll highlight a few that interested me.

A Few Highlights

  • TinyMCE updated to version 2.1.1
  • Better Safari support
  • Ajax updates/fixes
  • dmCron updates
  • DB updates for PostgreSQL and Oracle

Matt Williams's Gravatar Thanks Jeff. The zip didn't seems to be corrupted. No biggie though, I got it from SVN. Currently trying to wrap my head around FarCry for possible use on my employer's website redesign.

Jeff Coughlin's Gravatar Thanks. I'm not sure what's wrong. If interested, you can also get zipped downloads from my nightly-builds page (http://jeffcoughlin.com/?pg=11 ), however those are generally code in progress and not milestone builds (hence, these may be newer and are not approved by Daemon as stable builds).

Jeff Coughlin's Gravatar No, but I did get one shortly after I got home. Turns out there was a Mac store only 30 minutes from me (had no idea) and they had exactly what I was looking for in stock.
